Each pricing track is built for a different client type. All share the same NamRA licensed team and direct ASYCUDA World access.
For Namibian importers, exporters and first-time shippers. Quoted per Bill of Entry before work begins.
All fees include VAT at 15%. Disbursements quoted separately.
For international freight principals routing cargo through Walvis Bay into Zambia, Zimbabwe, DRC, Botswana or Angola.
Disbursements invoiced separately: transit bond value, Walvis Bay corridor levy, Namport port dues, veterinary/phytosanitary fees where applicable.
For GLA members, freight forwarders and logistics networks handling 10+ Namibia shipments per month. Formal agency agreement with agreed rate schedule and SLAs.
Disbursements are costs we pay on your behalf to third parties — Namport, NamRA, shipping lines, government ministries — and pass through to you at cost with no markup.
They are separate from our service fee because they are outside our control and can change without notice. Port tariffs, corridor levies, and NamRA assessment fees are set by government and port authorities, not by WalvisLink.
Every quote we issue shows your service fee and estimated disbursements as separate line items. You will never receive a WalvisLink invoice where you cannot see exactly what you're paying for.

Reefer containers attract additional daily monitoring fees. DG cargo attracts permit fees. Transit shipments attract corridor levies. All itemised in your quote.
Cargo type, HS code, origin, destination, incoterms, estimated CIF value.
We identify the applicable service fee and estimate all expected disbursements.
Service fee and disbursements shown as separate line items. No work begins until you accept.
Any disbursement variance (port changes, levy updates) is shown transparently. Never hidden.
Amendments caused by changes in cargo details after submission are charged at N$800 per amendment. If NamRA raises a query due to an error in your original documentation, we respond at no extra charge. If the query requires a SAD 500 amendment, the amendment fee applies.
Demurrage and port storage charges arising from incomplete, incorrect or late client documentation are the client's responsibility. We advise immediately when we become aware of a hold, and we work to resolve it as fast as possible — but we cannot absorb costs caused by document deficiencies outside our control.
A transit bond is a guarantee lodged with NamRA that covers the full duty value of transit cargo while it moves through Namibia. The bond value is determined by NamRA based on your cargo's customs value — it is a disbursement we pay on your behalf and pass through at cost. We charge $150 per container for bond administration. The bond is discharged when cargo exits Namibia at the destination border post.
